About Jack

Jack Bybee has over 33 years of collective business experience with extensive executive leadership in marketing and sales in various industries.  He has outstanding interpersonal skills that lead to high productivity and impressive numbers and has held multiple executive positions and has founded several businesses. 

Jack’s skills include corporate turnaround, project leadership, proposal development, and recruiting and screening of potential clients, investors, and sales personnel, with impressive abilities for raising large amounts of capital from investors and businesses for funding and acquisitions. He has administered conference presentations, webinars, and sat on the executive boards of businesses, and functioned as a Senior Executive, and General Sales Manager, and licensed in Health and Life Insurance.

His sales expertise is highly developed and he excelled at Feature Films for Families, and Sandstar Family Entertainment, where he developed and implemented a successful Sales and Management Training program where he trained managers and created a sales team that grew from 60 to 1,250 agents; and from one to twelve satellite branches. He also negotiated with, screened and recruited business owners to be part of the television show: America’s Real Deal.   He owned a log home distributorship of Whisper Creek Log Homes in Heber City, Utah, and developed a successful marketing plan with customer acquisition and impressive yearly sales.

Jack is a serial entrepreneur and has leveraged his extensive sales experience to build large global sales teams for multiple existing marketing networks concerned with health and longevity by developing a positive operating system of incentives, rewards, and business professionalism.  He has additionally helped with the inception and creation of several companies by being an advisor and ground floor visionary.

His philanthropic involvement includes volunteering to serve for 5 years as a Bishop clergy for his neighborhood, also serving in other various leadership positions, volunteering for 4 years to be part of an inner-city mission program that helped incarcerated women in the process of change for the better while they were still incarcerated, and also as they were released to help them find employment, housing, and emotional and physical support.  Also, he has been involved with the Boy Scouts of America program and extensively involved with programs for youth, and also Project O.U.R. (Operation Underground Railroad)-- fighting sex trafficking of children, and masterminding and executing Neighborhood Improvement Programs.
