Membership Breakdown

Building Service Contractor

You are contracted by commercial buildings, public venues, schools, hospitals and other facilities to provide full or partial cleaning and/or maintenance services.

In-House Service Provider

You are employed by commercial buildings, public venues, schools, hospitals and other facilities to hire and manage staff for cleaning and/or maintenance services.

Residential Cleaner

You own and/or operate a company that hires people to clean homes.

Distributor/Wholesaler

You purchase products from manufacturers (and/or wholesalers) and you sell them to commercial, industrial and/or institutional end users (such as building service contractors and in-house service providers). You have a warehouse and if you don’t have a product for an end user, you can/will get it.

Manufacturer

You create a complete product to sell to customers.

Associate Manufacturer

You create components of a final product to sell to manufacturers so they can make a complete product. 

Manufacturer Representative

You work for manufacturers, selling their products and services.

Associate/Other

You offer services to other ISSA members. For example, you are a magazine publisher, you are a consultant, you conduct training or other education, you are a software company.

Retired

You are a current member of ISSA, are about to retire and would like to continue to enjoy access to ISSA benefits.
